Since first starting my qualifactions in 2017, to working in luxury spas, to creating Body in Mind - my passion for wellbeing is rooted in managing and reducing stress. With slow, intentional treatments that aim to create space for your wellbeing through massage, aromatherapy, bespoke skincare, red light therapy and meditation Whether you prefer an escape at my cosy treatment cabin just outside of Crick, or want to roll straight from the massage table to your sofa with a treatment at home, you will feel the benefit of deep relaxation with Body in Mind. On Fridays, the Wellbeing Coffee Lodge where my treatment room is situated, will also be open. A tranquil, relaxing space with outdoor & indoor seating, the most delicous coffee and snacks, as well as other wellbeing services available.

Targeted and adapted for instant release
Tailored treatment for relaxation. Full body or focus on 3 areas of your choice
Grounding, soothing, pain relief, sleep inducing. Available as an add on for any massage treatment.
To allow enough time to work the muscles as needed, a full body requires 90 minutes. For 60 mins, select three areas of the body. *Back neck and shoulders are 1 area*
