In their own words
I offer therapeutic bodywork and deep tissue massage for anyone looking to ease tension, loosen tight muscles, or simply take some time to unwind. Whether you're dealing with everyday stress or specific areas of discomfort, I work at a pace and pressure that suits you. I take time to listen before each session so the treatment feels right for you, not just a standard routine.
What's on offer

Each session begins with a consultation to understand your needs and identify areas that require attention. Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage – 90 Minutes | £150 A comprehensive therapeutic bodywork session offering more time for detailed assessment and focused treatment. Following an initial consultation and movement assessment, we identify your priorities and develop a treatment approach tailored to your body.
