After achieving a BSc in Sports Therapy, I began my career teaching 1:1 and Reformer Pilates sessions, alongside working in sport performance, including roles within the Premier League and Academy Football. In recent years, my focus has been on supporting older adults and care professionals, teaching exercise classes to older adults, delivering education programs that address falls prevention, Osteoporosis and frailty, and helping care providers promote independence and quality of life for those they support. I have undergone Pilates, both Mat and Reformer comprehensive training including personal practice and supervised teaching.
