My work blends supported stretching, fascia‑focused bodywork, and mindful movement to help you improve mobility, reduce tension, and feel more at ease in your body. My Assisted Stretch sessions use a combination of PNF techniques, gentle myofascial work, and guided breath to safely deepen your range of motion without force. Alongside this, I offer personalised yoga sessions and restorative massage treatments for clients looking to unwind long‑held patterns, support peri‑menopause changes, or simply move with more freedom.
