I’m an experienced Sports Massage Therapist specialising in keeping runners on the trails. Offering a premium, fully mobile service, I bring the clinic directly to your home, from Hucknall right up to the Sherwood Forest area. Whether you’re managing a stubborn niggle, in the thick of a marathon training block, or simply in need of a pre-race flush, I combine deep tissue massage with advanced clinical tools like IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation), dry cupping, and strength training knowledge. My goal isn't just to treat the pain, but to correct the biomechanics behind it. New clients receive 20% off their first session.
