Release & Restore Assisted Stretch
50 minutes- the perfect first experience of Assisted Stretching. A top to toe session working on the major muscle groups to release tightness and restore mobility. Or book a longer session to work more thoroughly on the whole body. Gentle yet powerful and deeply relaxing. Calm your nervous system and reset your body.
Unwind -Massage Treatments
A relaxing massage with essential oils specifically chosen for you. The massage will work typically on your back, neck, shoulders, arms & hands, legs & feet. Choose Swedish or Deep Tissue or a combination of both. Swedish massage generally uses a gentler pressure with sweeping, flowing movements. Deep Tissue is firmer, working deeper into the muscles using thumbs, fists, knuckles elbows. You can choose lots of pressure or just a little. Effective in relieving chronic pain and muscle tension.
Combined Massage & Assisted Stretch session
Combine massage with assisted stretching and get the benefits of both. A great choice if you’re not sure which to choose or you like the idea of experiencing both. A 60 minute session to target a specific area eg. back, neck & shoulders or lower back, legs & hips. For a full body session, please choose the longer option of 90 minutes. You will leave deeply relaxed and feeling lighter and looser.
2 x 1 hour massage (for 2 people)
Two treatments carried out one after the other. Each treatment lasts 1 hour and can be relaxing Swedish massage or deep tissue depending on your preference. Ideal for couples or family members.

A short massage treatment to address a specific area. Available only at the Holistic Centre
6 Week Restore Programme
A six week plan for people who want a consistent plan to make a real difference. Includes 6 x 75 minutes Stretch sessions; 2 x add-on treatments, posture & mobility support, dedicated appointments.
