Availability controls which time slots appear on your profile page. It's split into two parts: your regular weekly hours and date-specific overrides.

Weekly template

Go to Availability and set the days you work and the hours for each day. This repeats every week automatically.

For example: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Clients will only see slots within these hours.

Standard hours — tick each working day and set its start and end time. This template repeats every week.

Date overrides

Use overrides to handle exceptions — days off, holidays, or extra availability. You can override a single day or an entire date range (e.g. a holiday week):

  • Block this day — mark a date or range as unavailable (e.g. bank holiday, annual leave)
  • Add extra availability — set specific hours for a date or range (e.g. 10am–2pm on a Saturday)
The Time off and custom hours tab, showing a date picker, an optional label field, a choice between time off and custom hours, and which locations the override applies to
Date overrides — pick a single day or a range, then either mark it as time off or set custom hours.

Slot frequency

By default, booking slots are offered every 30 minutes (e.g. 9:00, 9:30, 10:00…). If you'd prefer clients to only book on the hour (e.g. 9:00, 10:00, 11:00…), you can change this per location using the Offer booking slots every dropdown above your hours. This saves along with your availability when you click Save hours.

How slots are calculated

When a client picks a service, the booking page shows available start times within your hours that fit the session duration, with no gap between sessions. Existing confirmed bookings are automatically excluded.
