Your profile link is unique to you. When a client visits it, they'll see your services and available slots — no account required on their end.

Finding your profile link

Your profile link is shown on the Overview page. It looks like:

massagehub.app/your-name

You'll also find it under Settings → Profile, where a one-tap copy button (or share in the app) puts the exact link on your clipboard, so there's no risk of mistyping it or adding a stray space.

Where to share it

  • Text message — paste it directly into a text to a new client
  • Email signature — add it so it appears on every email you send
  • Instagram / Facebook bio — link directly to your profile page
  • Your website — add a "Book now" button that links to it
  • Google Business profile — add it as your profile link

Changing your link

You can rename your link any time under Settings → Profile. When you do, the old one keeps working: anyone who visits it is sent straight to your new link, so a link in your Instagram bio, on a business card, or in an old booking confirmation won't hit a dead end.

We'll also let you know if your old link is still being used. If it keeps getting visits, a note appears on Settings → Profile showing how many and roughly where from, so you can update it at the source whenever you get the chance.

Your booking QR code

In Settings → Profile you'll find a QR code for your booking page. Anyone who scans it with their phone camera lands straight on your page, ready to book — no link to type out.

It's ideal for print: a business card, a treatment-room sign, or a board at a market stall or wellbeing day. Set the colour, choose a size, and download it as a sharp PNG for everyday use or a vector SVG that scales to any size for the printer. On a phone, tap to save or share it straight into your photos or another app.

What clients see

Clients will see your services grouped by type, with duration and price options. They pick a time, enter their name, email, and phone number, and receive an SMS and email confirmation.

No app to download, no account to create. It works on any device.

Booking calendar layout

When a client reaches the date step, they see either a full monthly grid or a weekly chip view — each chip shows the abbreviated day name, date, and service price (with a "from" prefix when a green booking discount is available).

By default (Auto), mobile visitors get the weekly view and desktop visitors get the monthly grid. You can override this in Settings → Profile → Booking calendar:

  • Auto — weekly on mobile, monthly on desktop (default)
  • Always full month — traditional monthly grid on all devices
  • Always weekly — compact chip view on all devices

Week start day

The full monthly grid defaults to Monday as the first column. If you prefer a Sunday-first layout, change Week starts on to Sunday in Settings → Profile → Booking calendar.
