You're just a few steps away from taking your first online booking. Here's exactly what to do and why each step matters.

Step 1 — Add a location

Go to Settings → Locations and add at least one location. Choose Clinic / studio if clients come to you, or Mobile if you travel to them.

Your location ties your availability and services together. You need at least one before clients can book.

Step 2 — Add your services

Go to Services in the nav. Click Add service and enter the name, duration, and price for each treatment you offer.

If you offer the same treatment in different lengths (e.g. 60 min and 90 min Swedish Massage), add each as a separate service. They'll automatically be grouped together on your profile page so clients can pick the duration they want.

You can also use Import from AI to paste in your service list from another website or document — the AI will extract your services automatically.

Step 3 — Set your availability

Go to Availability in the nav. Set the days and hours you're normally available.

This is your weekly template — it repeats every week. You can block off individual days or add extra slots using Date overrides (e.g. bank holidays, holidays, one-off availability).

The slot length is based on the duration of the service a client picks, so you don't need to configure that separately.

Step 4 — Share your profile link

Once you have a location, services, and availability set up, your profile page is live. You'll find your profile link on the Overview page.

Send this link to clients via text, email, or add it to your website or Instagram bio. Clients don't need an account — they just pick a service, choose a time, and fill in their details.

Optional — Create an intake form

Go to Intake form to build a health questionnaire. Once saved, it's automatically sent with booking confirmations so clients complete it before their first session.

You can configure how often the form is sent: first booking only, every booking, or when the previous submission is older than a set number of days.
