MassageHub does not run a marketplace. Your clients are yours, and nobody is bidding against you for them. The trade-off is that finding clients is on you — so Grow is where we teach you how, one short step at a time.
Where to find it
Settings → Marketing → Grow, or the card on your dashboard. There is also a shortcut in the settings menu on every page.
How it works
Grow is a small deck of marketing actions, each one sized to be finished in ten to thirty minutes. It is deliberately not a course and not a checklist you have to complete.
- One step at a time. We look at what you have already set up and put the step most likely to help you next at the top. Everything else stays folded away.
- Pick and choose. Open a group only when you want to browse. Mark anything Not for me and it stays hidden.
- It notices what you have done. If you set something up elsewhere in MassageHub, the matching step disappears on its own. You do not have to tell us.
What it covers
- Get found — Google reviews, your profile, being visible locally.
- Make more of the clients you have — rebooking, referrals, loyalty, and winning back people who drifted off. This is usually the cheapest work available to you, and the most overlooked.
- Be worth it — pricing so that a discount feels generous to the client without hurting you.
- Keep showing up — why people book on the third or fourth time they see you, not the first.
One question we ask
At some point Grow asks how busy you are. It matters more than it sounds. If you are turning work away, the useful advice is about your prices, not about finding more enquiries. If you have gaps, it is the other way round. Answer once and the order changes to suit.
It keeps growing
