Trusted Therapists is an opt-in network where clients can find and book therapists near them when their usual therapist isn't available. You're never listed without applying — and there's no extra charge or commission.
Applying to join
Go to Settings → Trusted Therapists. Click Apply to join Trusted Therapists. Your profile — including your bio and active services — is reviewed by our team before going live. We check that listings clearly describe professional, therapeutic massage services.
You'll receive an email once your application has been assessed, usually within 1–2 working days. If your application is not approved, the email will explain why and you can reply to discuss it.
Your profile must be approved before you can apply to join Trusted Therapists. If you haven't had your profile reviewed yet, complete your profile first.
Visibility settings
Once approved, you can control what your clients see in Trusted Therapists:
- All Trusted Therapists — your clients can browse the full directory when they visit their portal.
- Hidden — Trusted Therapists is not shown to your clients at all. They won't see a "Find another therapist" link in their portal.
- Specific therapists — your clients only see the therapists you choose. Enter their booking page slugs (e.g. jane-smith) in the curated list. Your own profile is always included.
You can also choose whether your profile appears first in the list for your clients, and set a listing window (from/until dates) if you only want to be discoverable temporarily — for example, while covering for another therapist.
How clients find you
Clients visiting another therapist's client portal (if that therapist has Trusted Therapists visibility enabled) will see a Find another therapist link. This opens Trusted Therapists, ordered by distance from their location if they allow location access.
Clicking your card takes them to your booking page where they can book normally. Prices are not shown in the directory listing — only your services names and bio.
Leaving Trusted Therapists
You can set a Listed until date to automatically stop appearing in the directory after a certain date. To step back permanently, contact support.
