Referrals reward both sides. The therapist you invite starts with up to 60 days of Pro free — double the usual 30 — and you earn one free month for every therapist who signs up through your link and activates a paid plan, with no upper limit.
Where your link takes them
Your link opens the MassageHub home page with a short note at the top naming you as the person who invited them. That way they get to see what the app actually does — no commission, your clients stay yours, bookings and notes and payments in one place — before they're asked to create an account. Every “Get started” button on that page carries your referral through, so you still get credit however they sign up.
We only show your first name, and only to someone who followed a link you chose to send. Nothing else about your account is shared.
What the therapist you refer gets
When someone signs up through your link, their free Pro trial is extended from 30 days to up to 60 days — no card needed, the same as any new account, just twice the runway to settle in. There's nothing for them to redeem; arriving through your link is enough.
If they sign up and then don't come back in their first few days, we send them one short note naming you and explaining the part that's easy to miss early on: what MassageHub does once a client books. It goes out a couple of days after they join, it only ever goes to someone who arrived through a referral link, and it only goes once. Your first name appears under the same rules as the invite banner above, so in the rare case it can't be shown the note just says a colleague invited them. Nothing is asked of you, and they can stop the setup reminders from the footer at any time.
How it works
Every MassageHub therapist has a unique referral link. When another therapist signs up through your link and subscribes to a paid plan, your free month is added to your account automatically — no code to redeem, no admin required.
How that month reaches you depends on where you are:
- On the free plan? You get a free month of Plus added to your account. Free months stack — if your Plus access expires in June and a new referral activates, it extends to July.
- Already paying? You get a real account credit instead, worth one month of your plan. Plus members get a full month free; Pro members get a month of Plus features on top of the credit. The credit comes off your next invoice automatically — so if you pay monthly it covers that payment outright, and if you pay yearly it comes off your next yearly bill.
Finding your referral link
Your referral link appears in the Refer a therapist card on your dashboard. Tap Copy link and share it anywhere — WhatsApp, email, Instagram bio, or in person.
From time to time MassageHub also tucks a quiet reminder of your link into the emails you already get, your new-booking alerts, your five-star review alerts, and the note we send when you pass a session milestone, so it is never far away when a colleague comes to mind. It appears at most once a week across all of them, so it never piles up.
When does the reward trigger?
The month is awarded when the referred therapist activates a paid MassageHub subscription (monthly or annual). Simply signing up for a free account does not trigger a reward.
What is Plus?
Plus is MassageHub's paid tier, giving you access to advanced features designed for growing your practice — including bulk client messaging, AI SOAP note assist, and priority support. If you are on the free plan, each free month earned through a referral works exactly like a paid month of Plus; if you already pay, the reward arrives as an account credit instead.
Is there a limit?
No. Refer as many therapists as you like — every paid activation earns another free month. There is no cap.
