I offer sports massage, deep tissue massage, de-stress , I particularly enjoy supporting clients through pregnancy, though I work with a wide range of people and needs. My aim is simply to help you feel more comfortable in your body, whether you're dealing with muscle tension, stress, or the physical demands of an active life.

Massage designed to calm the mind , using medium pressure with smooth and flowing strokes to ease muscle tightness, relieve fatigue, anxiety, headaches caused by daily stress.
Therapeutic massage technique that uses firm pressure to target deeper layers of muscles to relieve chronic muscle tension, pain, stress related tightness focusing on the area that is needed.
It is designed to reduce physical discomfort and improve relaxation, it helps with sleep problems, swollen feet and ankles, poor circulation, fatigue.
Massage that involves techniques specific for the problem of each individual, stretching ,trigger point pressure and it also help to maintain flexibility, reduce soreness and muscle health.
