Full body Deep Tissue Massage A 60 minute full body treatment that aims to pinpoint any trigger points or areas that are holding onto any tension in your body and to aid release of the tension which is a build up of lactic acid, that has hardened over time as it slowly builds up and crystallises. The massage will help to find any knots and the deep massage moves break these lactic acid crystals up and the body begins to break them down and flush it out of your body through the lymphatic system. Deep tissue massage helps tight and tense muscles that can sometimes be sore, relax and realise any tightness and tension to make moving and even sometimes your posture better in whole which can help overused and tired tight and tender muscles helping a more improved overall homeostasis
