60 Min Post 38 Weeks Acupressure Treatment
Relaxing Acupressure Treatment on the Meridian Acupressure Points that may help with helping labour along. I will also show you some points to work on yourself at home on the run up to and during the birth. This is carried out on a treatment table in the side lying position. You must be over 38 weeks to have this treatment.

Post Natal Massage
If you’ve had a natural, complication-free delivery, massage can be enjoyed as early as the next day. If you’ve had a caesarean birth or complications, it’s best to wait at least six weeks to allow full healing before your treatment.
