About Paul

In their own words

I'm Paul, an independent massage therapist with over 15 years of experience, offering treatments at your home, at my clinic at Langley Leisure Centre in Slough, or on site at your workplace. I provide deep tissue massage, sports massage, relaxing massage, Theragun, pre and postnatal pregnancy massage, and seated chair massage. Don't worry if you're not sure what to choose, I tailoring every session to how you're feeling on the day. I also offer Harmonoflow™, my own method for deep release without pain, blending breath-led movements with flowing massage to help your body unwind on a deeper level. You don't need to provide much. A quiet space and a couple of large towels is all I ask. I bring the massage table, oils, music, and everything else needed so you can just switch off. You can visit my clinic in Langley Leisure Centre, or book a home visit. I cover a wide area, from Maidenhead, Slough, Chiswick, Langley, Windsor, Staines-upon-Thames, Ealing, Iver, Rickmansworth, Beaconsfield and more, also the hotels at Heathrow airport.

Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Very strong deep tissue. I’m 2 weeks post partum and was also so impressed how much knowledge around pregnancy and post partum and related anatomy. Professional and friendly that left me both calmed and invigorated at the same time. Thanks so much Paul!

Paul was called in by the staff at the memory clinic, Upton hospital in Slough to offer a shoulder and neck massage for carers. All the carers had the pleasure of a quick massage which I’m certain no one wanted it to end! Everyone came back in the room looking and feeling lighter..that was the result of a quick 5-10 minute massage, can you imagine a full session! It was amazing and just what the carers, myself included needed! Thank you to Paul your fingers are magic!

Paul is kind, attentive and personable from multiple massages I have had from him. He takes care to explain things simply and clearly. His massages are intuitive, he adapts his hands' pressure to my needs and often does so without need for extensive communication — and for the time when I need it, he can go deep and intense! He is knowledgeable and adapts the massage to suit my ever changing needs. In my last couple of massages I was complaining about some inflexibility in my hips and tightness of my IT band. When I saw Paul, he was able to focus on these areas and do specific treatments to make sure I could have some extra flexibility and movement to work on those muscles without pain. Unlike most massage therapists, Paul is well aware that massage is not a cure in itself but part of a larger self-care / health routine and reminds me of this every time. His reminders encourage me to continue working on my physical health and not solely rely on a massage every other week to ease the pain. The result is that I am complaining less and my inflexibility is improving. Paul's prices are very reasonable even after a recent increase. There is nothing better than having a knowledgeable massage therapist visit you at home and leave you relaxed and ready to face the world at the end of the massage. Highly recommended.

Paul does proper deep tissue massage, which is what I need. He is very professional and has an amiable and reassuring personality, which made me feel very comfortable and I was able to fully relax. He listens to feedback during the session and adjusts, so I feel I get the most out of every session. I definitely recommend getting a massage from him!
