I created T E & Co Wellness for women who are ready to stop pushing through and start truly feeling well. Whether you’re dealing with tension, hormonal shifts, digestive discomfort, headaches, or just a nervous system that hasn’t had a moment to breathe - this is your space. “I was lucky enough to been bought a Mother’s Day day package which was a massage and a facial. Tasha was so lovely, kind and considerate of my needs from the moment we met until I said goodbye. The treatment was more than I had expected, little touches of the heated blanket & additional options of a hand or foot massage as part of the treatment were a pleasant surprise. Then a beautifully relaxing scalp massage were also very welcomed and gratefully received, it really was the gift that kept on giving! I don’t know how Tasha maintains such incredible pressure during the massage from start to finish but it was amazing and I loved everything and felt (& smelt) incredible after.
