Build a library of aftercare topics — stretches, hydration reminders, post-treatment advice. When you complete an appointment, choose which topics to send and the client gets a beautifully formatted email.
Create as many aftercare topics as you like in Settings → Aftercare. Each has a title, description, and an optional YouTube video link. When you mark an appointment complete, a checklist appears with all active topics pre-selected — adjust the selection for this specific client, then send. The client receives a clean branded email with each topic as a card.
