Turn new bookings into requests you approve before they're confirmed. Clients save their card details during booking — but nothing is charged until you say yes.
Enable application mode in Settings → Booking. Clients go through your normal booking flow and their card is saved, but the appointment appears as "Pending" in your calendar. You receive an alert with full details — service, time, location, and phone number. Approve to confirm and charge (if your policy charges at booking), or decline with a polite message and optional alternative. Membership and package bookings are always confirmed immediately. The same page also lets you set a screening question: one yes/no question in your own words, shown before the booking form opens, so a therapist who works only with certain clients can say so upfront rather than turning bookings away one at a time.
