When you have no availability, clients can join a waitlist. The moment a slot opens inside their preferred dates, they’re emailed automatically with a direct link to book.
Enable the waitlist in Settings → Profile. When a client hits a day with no slots, they see two options: jump straight to the next available date, or join the waitlist. On any cancellation — by you or the client — waiting clients are emailed automatically whenever the freed slot falls inside their preferred dates and is long enough for the service they want; the type of service that was cancelled does not matter. Each entry shows the service and length they want, so you can see how much time to free up. If you make room by adding availability instead of cancelling, a "Notify of opening" button lets you email a waiting client in one click. If their window passes with no slot opening, MassageHub sends an apology email with a link back to your booking page. You get a push notification the moment someone joins, plus a banner on your Calendar showing the live waitlist count.
