When you have no availability, clients can join a waitlist. The moment an appointment is cancelled, waitlisted clients are automatically notified with a direct link to book.
Enable the waitlist in Settings → Profile. When a client hits a day with no slots, they see two options: jump straight to the next available date, or join the waitlist. On any cancellation — by you or the client — waitlisted entries for that service are automatically emailed. You get an alert when someone joins, and see all entries in Settings → Waitlist.
