Invoices for health insurance claims

Many clients want to claim massage therapy through private health insurance — but only if they have a proper invoice to submit. MassageHub generates a clean, professional PDF invoice for any appointment: your business name and contact details, the client's name, treatment, date, duration, price, and payment method (Stripe, cash, membership, or package).

Send it straight to the client's inbox from the appointment panel at any time, with the PDF attached. Or open the printable version yourself and save it as a PDF.

Need a reason on the invoice so the client can claim it back, such as "injury at work"? Add a note to that appointment and it prints under the treatment.

Invoices include a unique reference number and a clear PAID or PENDING status.

Billing a company? Add your business address, bank details and company number once in Settings → Payments, and the company's name, address and PO number on the client's record. Both print on every invoice for that client.
