Every client who books gets a profile automatically — no manual data entry. Import your existing client list from Fresha, Cliniko, or any spreadsheet in minutes. The Fresha importer is purpose-built for their export format: marketing consent comes through (so opted-in clients land in your bulk-message list immediately), any client you blocked in Fresha imports with a "Do not book" badge, and UK phone numbers are normalised so you don't end up with a mix of `+447...` and `07...` formats.
Each profile holds the appointment history built up in MassageHub, SOAP notes, and intake form responses. Everything in one place, accessible whenever you need it.
On the Pro plan you can attach files to a client record as well — a GP referral letter, a scan report, a signed paper consent form, a photo of a handwritten intake sheet. PDFs, Word documents, text files and photos, up to 20 MB each, with 1 GB of document storage on Pro and 5 GB on Plus; photos are resized automatically before they upload. Files are private to you, never shown to the client, and deleting a client deletes theirs with them. You can export your full client list at any time, documents included — your data is always yours.
