Client retention

MassageHub quietly reconnects with clients who might otherwise drift away — someone who hasn't booked in a while, a birthday, a year since their first visit. You set the wording once; it sends a warm message in your voice, automatically, when one is due.

The quietest way a massage practice leaks income is clients who simply drift away — no complaint, they just never rebooked. Most booking systems answer this with discount-led marketing blasts that feel salesy and train clients to wait for an offer. MassageHub does it differently — warm, personal, and genuinely hands-off.

Turn on the triggers you want under Settings → Client retention: win-back (a client who hasn't booked for the number of days you set), birthday, and anniversary. Each comes with a warm message already written — edit it to sound exactly like you, or leave it as it is. Write {name} anywhere and it's swapped for the client's first name.

From then on it's automatic: each morning MassageHub checks your clients and sends to anyone who's due that day. No list to tend, nothing waiting for approval. A "Recently sent" log shows everything that's gone out, and you can preview the exact email before turning a trigger on.

For the personal touch, your Clients page also has a "Due to rebook" tab that learns each client's own visit rhythm and lists anyone who has gone past their normal gap — with a one-tap, AI-drafted note you edit and send yourself. And when a cancellation frees up a slot, MassageHub can quietly let due clients know it has opened.

Only clients who opted in to marketing messages are ever contacted, and every email carries an unsubscribe link — so you stay on the right side of UK marketing rules without thinking about it.
