A treatment's price isn't what it earns you. Practice money shows what each service really makes per hour once the setup, arrival and travel time around it is counted, so you can see which of your treatments is quietly paying for itself and which is eating your day.
Most software will happily tell you a 90-minute massage at £95 earns you £63 an hour. It doesn't. Not once you have driven there, parked, carried the couch in and set up. Practice money does that arithmetic for you, dividing what you actually took by the time the session really tied up.
The time comes from the setup, early-arrival and travel buffers you have already set in Settings, so nothing is measured or guessed and no client is penalised for living further away. When you see two or three people at one address back to back, the travel and setup count once for the trip rather than once per treatment, because you only drove there once.
It is deliberately cautious about naming a winner. A treatment needs at least three paid sessions before it is called your most or least profitable, so a single quiet booking cannot set your headline rate, and sessions where nothing came in are left out rather than dragging a treatment down. Every service is listed either way, with the number of sessions behind each figure, so you can see how much weight to put on it.
