Every client gets a personal referral link in their client portal — they share it with friends or family, and MassageHub tracks what happens next. Referrals move through three stages: invited (link clicked), booked (appointment made), and completed (appointment happened).
In Settings → Referrals you can enable automatic rewards: choose a fixed amount or percentage off, decide whether the credit triggers on the first booking or first paid appointment, and set whether it is issued as an automatic credit or a manual prompt to you. Clients see their credit balance in the portal and can apply it at checkout.
