Sell a course of sessions upfront — five massages with a 10% discount, or a fixed-price package of ten. Clients can pay via Stripe in the portal, or you can grant packages manually for cash and bank transfer sales.
Each appointment can be linked to a package. When you mark it complete, one credit is deducted automatically. The remaining session count is shown directly on the calendar tile — amber when two or fewer remain — so you always know where a client stands.
Packages are a proven way to increase commitment and smooth out income. Clients who've paid upfront are less likely to cancel, and you get the revenue before the work begins.
