The client portal is a private area where you can view, cancel, and reschedule your appointments with your therapist — no app required.
Accessing the portal
Your therapist's portal is at their profile link with /my added to the end — for example, massagehub.app/jane-smith/my. You can also find a link to it in your booking confirmation email.
Sign in with the email address you used when booking. A one-click sign-in link will be sent to that address — no password needed.
New client? You don't need an account to book
If you haven't booked before, you don't need to create an account first. Just go to your therapist's booking page and book an appointment — your account is set up automatically during checkout. You can sign in to the portal afterwards using the email you provided.
On the sign-in page, look for the No account? section and click Book now to go straight to the booking page.
What you can see
- Upcoming appointments — your next sessions with the date, time, and service
- Past appointments — your full history of sessions
Rescheduling an appointment
On each upcoming appointment you'll see a Reschedule link. Tap it to open a date and time picker showing your therapist's available slots. Select a new time and confirm — you'll both receive an email showing the old and new time.
The reschedule option is only available if you're outside the therapist's minimum notice window (typically 24 hours before the appointment). If the button isn't shown, you'll need to contact your therapist directly.
Cancelling an appointment
You can cancel an upcoming appointment directly from the portal via Manage booking. You can also cancel via the link in your booking confirmation email — no login needed for that.
Check your therapist's cancellation policy before cancelling — it will be shown when you confirm.
Signing out
Use the sign out option in the portal to end your session. Your account is specific to this therapist's portal — it doesn't give access to any other therapist's area.
