Every new therapist who joins MassageHub starts on the Pro plan free for 30 days — no card needed. It's a chance to run your practice with the full toolkit before deciding what you need.
How it works
When you sign up, your account is automatically placed on Pro for 30 days. You don't enter any payment details, and there's nothing to click to “start” the trial — it's already running. If you joined through another therapist's referral link, your trial runs for 60 days instead.
What's unlocked
During your trial you have the full Pro feature set, so you can try it on real clients:
- Online intake & consent forms
- SOAP notes with AI assist
- Booking requests & deposits
- Back-to-back scheduling & travel time
- No-show protection and more
When it ends
We'll email you 7 days and 1 day before your trial ends. If you do nothing, your account simply moves to the free plan when the trial expires — you won't be charged, and all your data stays exactly where it is. Anything you created during the trial keeps working for your existing clients.
Keeping Pro
If Pro has earned its keep, go to Plans and choose Keep Pro at any point during your trial. You'll add a card, but you won't be charged until your free trial period actually ends — so there's no rush to decide.
