“The most wonderful massage therapist, who provides the absolute best treatments. Nicola Ruth is so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable, continuing to learn and expand the treatments available. The treatment room is really calming and parking is really convenient too. I have a monthly Integrated Massage Therapy Subscription, and book other treatments when available. I prefer deep tissue massage, but Nicola offers a range of treatments, which are also fantastic. Nicola asks how you're feeling, where you are feeling achey and initially focuses on those areas, then responds to other areas that need help as they are identified. Nicola provides reassuing information and explanation during a massage, which I very much appreciate. I always have to adjust the rear view mirror in my car after a massage, as I am able to move better and my posture has improved. I genuinely cannot recommend enough, 6 out of 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
