Your health information and MassageHub

Who is responsible

Your massage therapist decides what health information to ask you for and why. MassageHub is the software your therapist uses. Impact CM Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 07900087), stores and processes your information on your therapist's behalf.

What health information is collected

• Your answers to intake forms, such as medical conditions, medications, injuries and pregnancy.
• Treatment notes your therapist writes after a session (SOAP notes).
• Appointment details, which can show that you received massage therapy.

Why it's collected

So your therapist can treat you safely and keep proper records. Your intake answers and treatment notes are never used for advertising, and your health information is never sold.

Who it's shared with

Your intake answers and treatment notes are shared only with the service providers that run MassageHub:

• Supabase, for database hosting (EU).
• Vercel, for website hosting.
• Resend, for email delivery.
• Stripe, for card payments, if you pay online.
• Google, if your therapist connects Google Calendar: your appointment details are added to their calendar.
• Anthropic, whose AI helps your therapist draft notes, if they use that feature.

Each is bound by contract to protect it. They aren't shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.

No analytics or advertising tracking

Your therapist's MassageHub pages (their profile, booking page, your booking and payment pages) send nothing to analytics or advertising services — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no session recording — and nothing about your visit or booking is shared with Meta or Google for advertising. Your rights

You can ask to:

• see the health information held about you, and the list of organisations it has been shared with;
• have it deleted;
• withdraw your consent.

Ask your therapist first. They can do most of this directly. You can also email hello@massagehub.app and we'll help, or pass your request to your therapist. We'll respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

Consent

Your intake answers aren't collected until you tick the consent box on your therapist's intake form. If you withdraw consent, your therapist may not be able to treat you safely. Withdrawing it doesn't affect information collected before that.
