Terms of Service

1. About MassageHub

MassageHub is a practice management platform for independent massage therapists, operated by Paul Bailey (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using MassageHub — whether as a therapist or a client — you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MassageHub. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Therapist accounts

As a therapist using MassageHub you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your services, qualifications, pricing, and availability
• Hold any professional qualifications, insurance, and licences required by law to practise massage therapy in your jurisdiction
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection obligations to your clients
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Not use MassageHub for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

You are solely responsible for the services you provide to clients. MassageHub is a booking and management tool — we are not a party to the relationship between you and your clients.

4. Client bookings

Clients book appointments directly with therapists. MassageHub facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any treatment. Any dispute about a treatment is between the client and the therapist.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the therapist's cancellation policy before booking and for providing accurate contact and address information.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. MassageHub does not store card numbers or other payment credentials. Therapists set their own pricing and payment terms. Refunds and disputes are handled between the therapist and client, subject to the therapist's stated policy and Stripe's terms.

6. Google Calendar integration

Therapists may optionally connect their Google Calendar account. By connecting, you authorise MassageHub to create and delete calendar events on your behalf when appointments are booked or cancelled. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting revokes MassageHub's access and removes all stored tokens.

7. Subscriptions and billing

MassageHub is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and any free trial terms are shown at the point of sign-up. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We do not take commission on bookings. You keep 100% of what your clients pay you.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use MassageHub in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Use the platform to spam or harass other users
• Scrape or copy platform content without permission

9. Intellectual property

MassageHub and its content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission. You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g. service descriptions, SOAP notes) and grant us a licence to store and display it solely to operate the service.

10. Account termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

11. Limitation of liability

MassageHub is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will notify therapists of material changes by email. Continued use of MassageHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
