Built by a massage therapist — for massage therapists.
MassageHub isn’t made by a software company that discovered massage was a market. It’s made by someone who still does the job.

I’m Paul Bailey. I’ve been practising therapeutic massage for over fifteen years — working with athletes, office workers, new mothers, and people in long-term pain. For most of that time I’ve worked the way a lot of you do: on my own, mobile, turning up at clients’ doors with a table under one arm.
I’m registered with the CNHC, a member of the CThA, fully insured, and I keep my qualifications current. The clinical side of this work matters to me — and so does the unglamorous business side that nobody trains you for: the bookings, the reminders, the no-shows, the chasing payments, the spreadsheet that slowly becomes your whole admin system.
I tried the booking tools that exist. Most of them take a cut of every booking, or quietly turn your clients into their marketplace’s clients, or make it painful to leave with your own data. None of them were built for a solo therapist who just wants their practice to run smoothly and stay theirs.
So I built the thing I wanted: MassageHub. A flat monthly subscription — no commission, ever. No marketplace competing for your clients. Your records, exportable in full, any time you like. It’s the practice-management system I use for my own work, which means it gets fixed and improved the same week I notice something’s annoying.
It’s a real, ongoing business — not a side project waiting to be sold. If you ever want to talk to a person about it, that person is me: hello@massagehub.app.
What this means for you
Every decision in MassageHub is checked against one question: does this serve the therapist, or does it serve us at the therapist’s expense? That’s written down — five plain lines, no small print — in the Therapist Promise. You can also see exactly what we’ve been shipping in the changelog.
